We began this project by trenching and installing water lines from the well house to the barn, as well as running power from the road to the barn.
Next, we installed utilities and prepared a gravel pad for the client’s new accessory dwelling unit (ADU).
We also constructed a pad for a second barn and removed topsoil around the buildings to prepare the area for additional improvements.
Finally, we placed gravel to create functional horse runs. It was a well-executed project, and we truly enjoyed working with such a great couple.
